Role Overview
We are looking for a Trend Research Associate Intern to support research across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer categories. The role involves identifying emerging trends through social media, brands, runway analysis, search behavior, and cultural shifts — while applying a strong commercial filter to what can actually sell in the Indian market. Every viral trend doesn’t drive GMV!!!!!!

Qualification
- Fashion diploma, design, communication, business, or adjacent creative degrees
- Open to students and fresh graduates from any college
- Prior internship experience with a fashion brand, beauty brand, retailer, DTC brand, or consumer company preferred
Pre-Requisites & Skills industry Awareness (Must have)
- Strong awareness of homegrown DTC brands, global brands, and incumbent players
- Understanding of runway fashion and trend cycles
- Strong social media and influencer culture awareness
- Ability to identify what is culturally relevant vs commercially scalable
Trend Research Capability (You will pick this up while working)
- Applying commercial filters on trends
- Understanding consumer behavior and aesthetics
- Ability to spot recurring patterns across social media, brands, search, and culture
Tools & Execution
- Canva proficiency
- Deck making and presentation structuring
- Strong research and synthesis skills (This is crux)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
