Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store employees to meet sales and service goals .
- Sales and Performance: Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed goals .
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and escalated issues to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, place orders, and ensure the store is well-stocked with current fashion items.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive store layouts, window displays, and in-store presentation to enhance the shopping experience .
- Operational Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics, reporting to senior management or district managers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
