Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for jewellery products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Sales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage B2B sales with jewellery retailers, dealers, and bulk buyers.
- Support B2C sales initiatives through exhibitions, events, and retail promotions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Expansion
- Explore new geographical markets and sales channels.
- Coordinate participation in jewellery exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Develop partnerships with influencers, designers, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for product diversification and growth.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM systems.
- Monitor receivables and coordinate with finance teams for payment collections.
- Provide regular updates to management on business development activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in jewellery, diamonds, luxury retail, or related industries.
- Proven track record in business development and sales.
- Experience handling both B2B and B2C customers is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
