Position : Telesales Executive Intern (Only For Women)
Location : Gurugram
Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data. • Introduce and explain SparrowBytes’ FinTech products and services. • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions. • Generate leads, identify decision-makers, and pitch relevant service offerings. • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM/sheets. • Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members. • Follow up with interested prospects via calls, SMS, or email. • Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Required Skills • Good verbal communication skills in English (Hindi/regional language is a plus) • Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools are a plus)
Eligibility Criteria • Pursuing or recently completed graduation . • Strong interest in sales, business development, or fintech. • Prior tele calling or sales experience preferred but freshers are welcome
