Key Responsibilities - Content Creation & Ideation
- Create daily engaging content (Reels, posts, stories, carousels)
- Generate new & trending content ideas aligned with fashion trends
- Plan shoots, direct models, and suggest poses/hooks
- Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
Editing & Posting
- Edit Reels/videos (transitions, captions, music, hooks)
- Write strong captions, hashtags & CTAs
- Schedule and post content consistently
- Maintain brand tone, aesthetics & visual consistency
Growth & Visibility
- Identify trending audios, formats & challenges early
- Boost high-performing posts for reach & engagement
- Work on organic growth strategies (hashtags, collaborations, trends)
- Coordinate with influencers/UGC creators when needed
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, profile visits)
- Optimize content based on insights
- Suggest improvements for better conversions & visibility
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
