Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement activities, and various HR administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Employee Onboarding
- Assist in employee joining formalities.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare employee files and records.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Update employee information in HR systems.
- Support payroll data collection.
- Manage HR documentation and reports.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Support employee communication initiatives.
- Help maintain a positive work environment.
HR Administration
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
QualificationsEducational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, BBA, B.Com, BMS, BA, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience
- 0 to 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
