Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our steel detailing teams. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering team development. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and be fully accountable for their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all projects.
- Manage internal and external communications, addressing queries effectively.
- Evaluate team projects and provide regular status reports to management.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with the Delivery Manager and Team Leads (TLs), offering constructive feedback.
- Analyze new project inquiries, estimate bid hours, and assess project feasibility.
- Monitor billing data and update the steel submission dashboard every two days.
- Delegate urgent tasks in your absence after consulting with the GM.
- Identify technical and soft skill gaps, planning and executing team training programs.
- Implement innovative methods to enhance project quality and efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.

- Adapt to work under pressure and accept constructive feedback.
