We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (Sales CRE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating sales opportunities, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers to generate sales leads
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Promote company products/services effectively
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Experience in sales or customer handling is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
