Key Responsibilities
- Promote herbal products through strategic marketing campaigns and field activities.
- Explain product benefits, usage, and advantages to clients.
- Identify and develop new client channels – distributors, retailers, institutions, and direct customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with management.
- Support the sales team in customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.
- Plan and manage product promotions, events, and exhibitions.
- Handle social media activities and online customer engagement.
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct field visits, participate in events, and use online platforms for lead generation.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and persuasive in client interactions.
- Knowledge of herbal/ayurvedic products (preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Position Details
- Experience: 2–4 years (Herbal/FMCG/Wellness industry preferred)
- Education: UG in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Work Mode: In-person
