Position 1: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – ICU
We are seeking an experienced Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with strong ICU exposure who can effectively manage critical care patients and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage day-to-day ICU operations in coordination with consultants and nursing staff
✔ Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including trauma and head injury cases
✔ Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and case sheets
✔ Conduct patient and attendant counselling, including attendance, financial, and complication counselling
✔ Coordinate with specialists, physiotherapists, and support teams to ensure seamless patient care
✔ Respond promptly to medical emergencies and support critical care management
Requirements:
MBBS with valid medical registration
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RMO with ICU exposure
Experience in trauma care, emergency medicine, or critical care preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
Position 2: Orthopedic Surgeon
We are also looking for a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to strengthen our orthopedic department and provide high-quality surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions, injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders
✔ Manage OPD, IPD, trauma, and emergency orthopedic cases
✔ Perform orthopedic surgeries, including trauma and joint-related procedures
✔ Work closely with physiotherapists and rehabilitation teams to ensure optimal patient recovery
✔ Maintain high standards of clinical care, documentation, and patient communication
Requirements:
MS/DNB Orthopedics or equivalent qualification
Experience in trauma management, arthroscopy, and arthroplasty/joint replacement procedures preferred
Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
