Primary Responsibilities:
- Security Master Data Management – Setup, maintenance, and governance of security master data.
- Private Debt & Fixed Income Expertise – Understanding of private debt instruments, deal structures, and attributes.
- Data Quality & Data Governance – Ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of data.
- Reference Data Management – Managing security attributes, data dictionaries, and data standards.
- Financial Statement & Credit Analysis – Knowledge of financial statements and credit agreements related to debt instruments.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration – Working closely with investment, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
- Analytical Problem-Solving – Data reconciliation, issue resolution, quality monitoring, and process improvement.

Key Performance Indicators:
- The role focuses on private debt markets, with responsibility for managing, maintaining, and enhancing security master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across investment operations.
- Candidates should be able to oversee security setup, control data quality, maintain data dictionaries, develop KPIs, conduct audits, and resolve data-related issues proactively.
- The position requires close collaboration with investment, finance, operations, risk, compliance, reporting, and technology teams to ensure security data accurately reflects deal structures and reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of private debt instruments, financial statements, and credit agreements is essential.
Required Competencies: Proficiency in Bloomberg, PitchBook, Markit EDM, S&P Capital IQ, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, is expected
