Role Overview
We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Area Sales Officer to expand our dealer and client network within the assigned region. This is a field-heavy role suited for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and consistently growing their sales numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and B2B clients in the assigned area
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
Conduct regular market visits and product presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Submit daily sales reports and visit updates to reporting manager
Collect and relay market feedback and competitor intelligence
Coordinate with the operations team for order fulfilment and delivery follow-ups
Requirements
Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduate preferred
1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, apparel, or distribution
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in Bengali and Hindi; basic English preferred
Must be comfortable with extensive local travel
Own two-wheeler preferred
