Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cantonese Language Resource to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Cantonese with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves interacting with clients, handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients and customers in Cantonese and English.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or video calls.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Meet customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Support business operations requiring Cantonese language expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cantonese (Speaking, Reading, and Writing preferred).
- Good command of English for professional communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in customer support, client servicing, call center, or related roles is preferred.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
