Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Assistant to support the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain product displays, manage inventory, and ensure a clean and welcoming shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Arrange and replenish stock on shelves and display areas.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Support inventory checks and stock management.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow company policies and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
