Vidal is hiring a detailoriented and efficient Manager role to handle team of Non Voice for our NonVoice Process team for our company, The role involves handling backend operations, ensuring accuracy in data management, and maintaining high standards of productivity and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Handling & Leadership skills
- AHT & Productivity
- Achieve defined Average Handling Time (AHT) targets.
- Maintain consistent productivity levels while ensuring accuracy in processing.
- Quality & Client Escalation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards in all transactions.
- Handle client queries/escalations promptly and effectively to maintain trust.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSat)
- Deliver service excellence to enhance customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify areas of improvement in processes to positively impact client experience.
- Tagging & Documentation
- Accurately tag and categorize cases in the system.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Good written & verbal communication and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with healthcare/insurance processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce, healthcare, or related fields).
- Prior experience in nonvoice processes within the TPA/insurance industry is an advantage.
