- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production schedules are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Manage workforce allocation and resolve staffing issues
- Track production metrics and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
- Address production issues and troubleshoot operational problems
