About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Nutritionist cum Sales Executive who can combine nutritional expertise with sales skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will educate customers about their health goals, recommend suitable products based on their needs, and convert consultations into successful sales.
This role requires someone who is confident in handling both inbound and outbound calls, building trust with customers, and driving revenue through personalized nutrition consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Understand customers’ health concerns, lifestyle, dietary habits, and wellness goals.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements and nutritional needs.
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, dosage, and usage.
- Convert customer consultations into sales while maintaining a consultative and ethical approach.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, nutrition, and order-related assistance.
- Make outbound calls to leads, existing customers, and potential customers for consultations, follow-ups, and upselling opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized recommendations.
- Achieve individual sales targets and conversion KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and consultation notes in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the customer support and marketing teams to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on nutrition trends, health supplements, and company products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in nutrition consultation, wellness, healthcare, or sales.
- Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or consultative selling will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Target-driven with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in nutraceutical, healthcare, wellness, fitness, pharmaceutical, or D2C brands.
- Prior experience in teleconsultation or customer counselling.
- Knowledge of nutritional supplements and functional foods.
