Websenor is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, client-handling, and sales skills with the ability to generate business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle client communication and requirement gathering
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of sales and business development
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of IT services and digital solutions preferred
- Prior experience in business development/sales is preferred
