Sound Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management process
- Sales enquiries handling & process
- Budgetary officers
- Co-ordinate with customer enquiries and orders
- Order processing and payment follow ups
- Tender preparation and submission
- Preparing competitive quote for hard copy submission
- Documentation maintaining and ISO awareness
- Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/ organizational objectives
- Proactively identifying cross-selling / up-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Should have decent exposure working with CRM
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
