Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of WPC and charcoal panels in the growing Delhi NCR interior market. The role involves developing and managing relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and interior designers, and ensuring strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and designers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network
- Handle field visits, product presentations, and client follow-ups
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in building material sales (laminates, PVC, false ceiling, plywood, etc.)
- Existing network in Delhi NCR market preferred
- Self-driven and capable of handling territory independently
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
