We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to manage client communication and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.
This role is critical as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, supporting them before and after purchase and building long-term relationships.
Salary: ₹25,000 + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Manage order follow-ups, dispatch updates, and delivery coordination
- Handle service requests, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and professional attitude
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to handle customers calmly and confidently
Preferred:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in medical devices or technical products
- Experience handling professional clients such as doctors or clinics
- Ability to understand technical products (training will be provided)
