Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain daily call reports and customer records
- Coordinate with the internal team for lead updates
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Previous telecalling/customer support experience is a plus
