- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards (if applicable).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, service, and work areas.
- Set up and clear tables or service stations.
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Refill supplies such as napkins, condiments, and beverages.
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Handle customer requests courteously and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.
