Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in a textile/garment manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing production targets, workforce coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily garment/textile production operations
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with operators, tailors, and production staff
- Maintain production quality standards
- Reduce wastage and improve productivity
- Prepare daily production reports
- Ensure proper machine utilization and workflow management
- Follow safety and quality guidelines
- Coordinate with management regarding production planning
Requirements
- Experience in Textile/Garment Manufacturing
- Knowledge of garment production processes
- Ability to manage production teams
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to meet production deadlines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
