Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Textile Merchandiser to manage buyer coordination, order execution, production follow-ups, and timely deliveries. The candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrics, processing, costing, and vendor coordination within the textile/apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end merchandising activities from order confirmation to dispatch
- Coordinate with buyers, factories, processing units, and internal production teams
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, bulk production, and shipment timelines
- Monitor fabric sourcing, dyeing, printing, finishing, and quality processes
- Prepare T&A (Time & Action) calendars and ensure on-time execution
- Manage order costing, consumption calculations, and production planning
- Coordinate with QA teams for quality approvals and inspections
- Maintain strong communication with clients regarding order status and updates
- Work closely with design and development teams for new fabric developments
- Ensure timely documentation, order tracking, and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in textile/apparel merchandising
- Strong understanding of woven fabrics, processing, and garment production
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of costing, order management, and production coordination
- Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising documentation
- Experience working with retail brands or export houses preferred

Competitive salary based on experience and industry standards.
Pay: ₹13,196.61 - ₹48,628.20 per month
