Roles & Responsibilities
QA Engineer
- Perform manual testing of web applications
- Identify, track, and report bugs
- Test APIs using tools like Postman
- Prepare test cases and test scenarios
- Coordinate with developers for issue resolution
- Ensure product quality before deployment
Business Analyst
- Understand business requirements and client needs
- Prepare requirement documents and reports
- Coordinate between technical teams and stakeholders
- Analyze workflows and suggest improvements
- Assist in project planning and documentation
- Support communication during project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or related field
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
- Basic understanding of Manual Testing, APIs, SDLC, or Business Analysis
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Postman, Jira, Excel, or documentation tools
- Understanding of software development processes
- Good problem-solving ability
- Team coordination and communication skills
