Roles & Responsibilities
1. Civil Cost & Qty Estimation, Preparation of Technical and Commercial proposals of O&G
Pipelines, Caverns, Tunnels, Civil Infrastructures.
2. Mode of Tenders: EPC, BOQ & PPP Tenders.
3. Type of Work: Experience of Natural Gas Pipeline, LPG, ATF, SPR
4. Rate analysis and presentation of technical and commercial proposals.
5. Coordination with vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors for arranging quotations.
6. Study and finalize quantities, designs, in coordination with design consultants.
7. Conduct Site Surveys and prepare Site Survey reports
8. Study, analyse, recommend target winning price according to competition and market
environment.
