Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and support functions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Ensure compliance with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and documentation norms

Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases

Build strong talent pipelines for future healthcare requirements

Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and employer branding initiatives
