Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler to develop accurate 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The candidate will collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free MEP designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) using Revit or other BIM tools.
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings based on project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and structural teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure models comply with project specifications, standards, and BIM execution plans.
- Extract BOQs, quantities, and schedules from BIM models.
- Maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle and update models as per site changes.
- Follow company and client BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit MEP
- Knowledge of Navisworks Manage / Clash Detection
- Understanding of MEP systems and building services design
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD levels, and coordination processes
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines
Experience
- 3 to 10 years experience in BIM modeling (Freshers with strong Revit skills may apply)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
