Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through video and capable of producing high-quality content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos for social media, YouTube, promotional campaigns, and online courses.
- Add transitions, graphics, subtitles, animations, sound effects, and background music.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to create engaging visual content.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends and creative techniques.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color correction.
- Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and social media content requirements.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience editing educational or EdTech content.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of YouTube and social media content optimization.
