Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and optical products
- Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable options
- Handle billing, sales, and daily store operations
- Ensure proper display and stock management of frames and lenses
- Coordinate with optometrists and doctors for patient requirements
- Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up
Requirements
- Minimum +2 / Degree qualification
- Experience in optical sales preferred
- Basic knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical products
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Customer-friendly and presentable personality
