We are seeking a well-organized and enthusiastic Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate will oversee fee management and collection, supervise front office activities, coordinate with students regarding fee payments, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Fee Management
- Maintain accurate records of student fees and payment status.
- Generate and update fee reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure all fee-related records are complete and up to date.
Fee Collection
- Collect fees from students according to the organization's policies.
- Issue payment receipts and maintain proper documentation.
- Follow up on pending and overdue fee payments.
Office Supervision
- Oversee the daily functioning of the office to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor office cleanliness, organization.
Front Office Administration
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, and parents professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Electricity and Facility Management
- Monitor electricity usage and ensure efficient energy management.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel or service providers for electrical issues and repairs.
- Ensure office equipment and electrical systems are functioning properly.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management software.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
