Responsibilities:
● Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using PHP (Laravel) and MySQL.
● Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs to power seamless integrations with frontend and mobile platforms.
● Enhance system performance through robust query optimization, caching mechanisms, and scalability strategies.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient backend solutions.
● Ensure high availability and fault tolerance through robust error-handling and debugging practices.
● Implement secure, best-practice methodologies for user authentication, data protection, and system integrity.
● Maintain clear, concise, and professional documentation of code and processes.
● Stay at the forefront of backend technologies and bring innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Requirements:
● 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with a strong focus on Laravel and MySQL.
● Deep expertise in crafting and consuming RESTful APIs, with an eye for performance and scalability.
● Advanced understanding of database architecture, query optimization, and data modeling.
● Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).
● Strong foundation in backend performance tuning, load balancing, and server-side caching techniques.
● Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex systems and deliver scalable solutions.
● A team player who thrives in Agile/Scrum environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
