Assist in supervising and coordinating finishing works at construction sites, ensuring activities are completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise finishing activities such as plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, false ceiling, and interior works.
- Monitor quality and workmanship as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Track work progress and report daily site activities.
- Assist in inspections, snag rectification, and measurements for billing.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of finishing works and construction practices.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
