Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, acquire new clients, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, digital marketing, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Acquire and manage client relationships.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Branding, and Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage client relationships.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
