Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Deputy Sales Consultant to support consulting engagements focused on sales transformation, business growth, and organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting or B2B sales and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants to analyze client businesses, develop sales improvement strategies, conduct market research, and assist in implementing solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Consultants in planning, coordinating, and executing consulting assignments.
- Visit client locations to observe business operations and understand sales processes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative business data.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to generate actionable business insights.
- Interview client employees, management teams, and key stakeholders.
- Support the development of sales strategies and business growth initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for client engagements.
- Develop recommendations to improve sales performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to measure project effectiveness.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients by sharing project updates, work plans, and meeting minutes.
- Contribute to brainstorming, hypothesis development, and structured problem-solving using consulting frameworks.
- Support the implementation of recommended solutions and ensure successful client adoption.
- Document project learnings and create reusable knowledge assets for future consulting engagements.
- Collaborate across teams and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or any related discipline.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- 4.5–5.5 years of experience in:
- Management Consulting (preferred), or
- Outbound Sales, Direct Sales, Channel Sales, or B2B Sales.
