Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive for the Sales Team at Wurfel, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and market expansion efforts. In addition to traditional business development responsibilities, you will also be responsible for representing the company in client meetings and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential growth opportunities and emerging trends. Analyze market data to develop strategic insights and actionable recommendations for expansion.
- Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective business expansion strategies aligned with company objectives. Define target markets, segments, and growth objectives to drive sustainable business growth.
- Lead Supervision and Prospecting: Attending activities to register and connect with prospective clients. Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Reviewing client follow-ups regularly and implementing necessary changes.
- Client Meetings and Presentations: Represent Wurfel in client meetings and presentations, showcasing our products, services, and value proposition. Clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with Wurfel and address any client inquiries or concerns.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Leverage your interpersonal skills and industry knowledge to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs and preferences of clients. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts and partnerships.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Able to see the larger picture, willing to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Stay abreast of competitive landscape and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of expansion initiatives. Coordinate efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,060.64 - ₹50,150.16 per month
