We are looking for an experienced Showroom Admin & Customer Relations Manager. This hybrid role manages showroom operations and client relationships. You will lead showroom walk throughs for prospective buyers and elevate the client experience. You will act as the primary bridge between our organization and our key accounts, ensuring long-term loyalty and high satisfaction rates. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of managing high-value relationships, resolving complex escalations, and using data-driven insights to improve service delivery. Additionally, you will bridge communication between sales team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom & Customer Relations
- Lead professional showroom walkthroughs for clients.
- Deliver engaging product presentations.
- Resolve client inquiries and escalations swiftly.
- Nurture long-term customer relationships.
Administration & Operations
- Manage daily operations and scheduling.
- Maintain logs.
- Collecting inputs from client side.
- Coordinating internal team for smooth handing over of undertaken projects.
Sales Reporting & Liaison
- Collect performance data from sales staff.
- Compile sales pipeline reports for management.
- Brief executives on current sales trends.
- Bridge communications between teams and management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in showroom and admin management.
- Experience delivering physical property or product tours.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Hubspot and MS Excel.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation style.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
