Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily molding shop operations.
- Ensure molds are prepared as per drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor sand preparation, mold quality, and production targets.
- Allocate work and guide molders and helpers.
- Inspect molds before pouring and coordinate with the melting and pouring departments.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and 5S practices.
- Reduce molding defects and improve productivity.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Production departments to resolve issues.
- Qualification:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Foundry Technology (preferred).
- Good knowledge of foundry processes, quality standards, and manpower handling.
