Position: Staff Nurse (Full-Time)
Job Summary :
Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate will assist doctors during consultations, procedures, fertility treatments, and ensure a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing fertility and gynecology treatments.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, scans, and procedures.
- Prepare patients for IVF, IUI, fertility-related procedures, and minor operations.
- Monitor patients before and after procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Maintain patient files, treatment records, and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medication schedules, and follow-up care.
- Ensure infection control and adherence to hospital safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of consultation rooms, procedure rooms, and equipment.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, counselors, and other healthcare staff.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and professionally.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Diploma in Nursing (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; English knowledge is an added advantage.
