We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Business Excellence to drive operational excellence across manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing Business Excellence initiatives, Total Quality Management (TQM), TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma projects, Continuous Improvement programs, Business Planning and Strategic Planning. The role requires close coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Leadership teams to improve productivity, reduce costs and enhance overall business performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Excellence
- Drive Business Excellence initiatives across manufacturing plants.
- Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks.
- Standardize manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Monitor organizational KPIs and improve operational performance.
Total Quality Management (TQM)
- Lead implementation of TQM principles across manufacturing operations.
- Improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct quality reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.
Six Sigma
- Lead Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt projects.
- Apply DMAIC methodology to solve manufacturing problems.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Reduce process variation and defects.
- Improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
