Experience:
- Fresher (Salary: 15000/-):
- Must know basic computer operations
- Should be able to read & write English
- 1-3 years (preferred):
- Experience in travel agency / ticketing / packages
Salary Range: 25k to 30k
Roles:
- Handle flight reservations & ticket bookings
- Prepare and manage travel packages & itineraries
- Coordinate with:
- Maintain booking records, client data & documentation
- Draft and respond to emails (client queries, confirmations)
- Assist in quotation preparation & follow-ups
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, refunds
- Support front office / sales team
Qualification:
- Minimum: Graduate (any stream)
- Preferred:
- Travel & Tourism / Hospitality course
- Diploma in ticketing or aviation (added advantage)
