To teach Economics for Senior Secondary Grades (XI & XII), ensuring strong conceptual understanding of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics, and Indian Economic Development, while preparing students for Board examinations and higher education.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Economics lessons as per prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare yearly academic planner, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
- Teach core subjects including:
- Microeconomics
- Macroeconomics
- Statistics for Economics
- Indian Economic Development
- Use real-life economic examples and case studies for better understanding.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus.
2. Assessment & Evaluation
- Prepare question papers, assignments, and model test papers.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluate answer scripts.
- Provide structured feedback to students.
- Identify weak learners and conduct remedial sessions.
- Maintain academic records and performance reports.
3. Student Development
- Encourage analytical and critical thinking.
- Guide students in project work and research assignments.
- Prepare students for Board examinations.
- Provide career guidance related to Commerce and Economics fields.
4. Institutional Responsibilities
- Participate in staff meetings and academic planning sessions.
- Assist in curriculum development initiatives.
- Support school events and academic programs.
- Conduct demo classes during admission process if required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
