Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients professionally
- Manage appointments, scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain client records and appointment systems
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, dieticians, and clinic staff
- Handle billing, payments, receipts, attendance, and basic admin tasks
- Manage courier handling and office documentation
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

- Time management and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
