Key Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, teas, and specialty beverages, while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, recommending menu items, and ensuring a memorable café experience.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and blenders.
- Handle cash, digital payments, and billing through the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by sanitizing workstations, clearing tables, washing equipment, and restocking supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
