We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist visiting customers, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a polite and professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Inbound & Outbound Calling:*
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers for follow-ups, promotions, or feedback.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers.
*2. Customer Handling & Support:*
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the office.
- Provide information about products/services and address customer concerns.
- Guide customers through the purchasing or inquiry process.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM with call details.
*3. Sales & Follow-Ups:*
- Explain products/services and promote offers to potential customers.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating benefits.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
*4. Documentation & Reporting:*
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
