Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Ultadanga, Kolkata

Reliance Animation Academy is looking for a dynamic, proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and generate quality business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
Build tie-ups with Schools, Colleges, Coaching Institutes, Educational Consultants and Corporate organizations.
Generate quality leads through field activities, networking, seminars, workshops and promotional events.
Strengthen the academy's presence in the Kolkata market through strategic partnerships.
Coordinate with the Centre Head and Counselling Team for lead handover and follow-ups.
Desired Candidate:
Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, Education, EdTech or Training industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Strong networking, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Kolkata education and training market.
Self-motivated, aggressive in business development and willing to travel extensively across Kolkata.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
