Kovai Consultancy Services (KCS) is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team in Coimbatore.
This is a paid six-month internship with an opportunity to move into a permanent Recruitment Associate role based on performance, learning ability, and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate records, trackers, and follow-ups
- Support job posting, resume shortlisting, and recruitment documentation
- Learn client handling, recruitment processes, and business communication
Who Can Apply
- Final-year students or graduates from any discipline
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Interest in recruitment, HR, client coordination, and sales support
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and LinkedIn
- Willingness to work from the office in Coimbatore

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
