Work Location : Kolkata
Must Have:
1) Experience: 3-6 years as a technical consultant in BTP. Should also have cross‑module exposure.
2) Proficient in preparing:
a) Technical Specifications (TS) based on Functional Specs (FS)
b) Design documents including object flow diagrams, interface mappings
c) Unit test cases and results documentation
d) Technical user guides and KT documents
3) Integration knowledge in SAP BTP integrations using IDoc, APIs, CPI, Destinations, and FLP with secure connectivity across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
4) Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, raise design clarifications, and adhere to standards (naming, performance, security).
5) Understanding of business process mapping relevant to the module(s) in scope; ability to read process flows and identify technical touchpoints.
6) Good communication for requirement discussions, defect clarifications, KT sessions, and end‑user walkthroughs.
Good To Have :
- Capture and analyze functional requirements.
- Configure and customize to meet the requirement.
- Prepare and execute test cases; document test results.
- Develop user manuals and training materials.
- Execute unit tests, log results, and support SIT/UAT with timely defect fixes.
- Participate in training sessions and demonstrate solutions to users/stakeholders.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot incidents, and meet SLAs.
