Roles & Responsibilities
* Ensure daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant, kitchen, common areas, stairways, lounges, and guest areas.
* Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and routine tasks.
* Supervise and support housekeeping team members on a daily basis.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
* Prepare staff schedules and arrange replacements during absences.
* Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.
* Motivate team members and resolve workplace issues promptly.
* Monitor housekeeping inventory and replenish cleaning supplies and chemicals as required.
* Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
Requirements
Good communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper application.
Experience in housekeeping supervision is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
